The business packages include ongoing bookkeeping, reporting, financial statements, tax returns, payroll management, invoicing, and advisory. Business system
We assist you in contacting the bank to automate the bookkeeping. We use the Fortnox Business System – smooth, modern, and cost-effective. We can help you migrate from other business systems such as Visma eEkonomi, Xledger, etc.

The package is tailored for limited liability companies or sole proprietorships with an annual turnover of up to 1 million, 1 employee, and approximately 10 transactions per month.

Private limited companies that are required to have an auditor
The Swedish Companies Registration Office website informs that a private limited company must have an approved or authorized auditor if it meets at least two of the following thresholds for each of the last two financial years:
- More than 3 employees (on average)
- More than 1.5 million SEK in total assets
- More than 3 million SEK in net turnover
For the preparation and audit of annual reports, we engage our partners who are Authorized Auditors. This additional cost is incurred and usually ranges between 10,000 to 15,000 SEK excluding VAT. The price depends on the size and complexity of the company.
Additional Services
Hourly rate: 650 SEK
For certain services that are only required by some of our customers, we charge a little extra. Sometimes you may need assistance with something outside the usual scope of work, and in such cases, we charge 650 SEK per hour, excluding VAT.

We offer professional advice at a reasonable hourly rate. We assist you in analyzing various projects, starting a new company, evaluating the profitability of different investments, health checks, business valuations for acquisitions or sales, organizing your entire finances, budgeting, and acting as your representative with banks and authorities.
The first customer meeting is free, during which we typically gather all necessary information and, together with you, review the entire workflow from start to results.
